All customers are able to cancel their entire air transportation itineraries without penalty, either online through Manage Travel or by contacting Allegiant's Reservation Center, provided (1) the cancellation is accomplished within 24 hours after booking, (2) the scheduled time of departure was at least one week
You will be shown the exact amount of any credit due prior to confirming your trip cancellation. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 to 7 days. If a credit is due, we'll email an Allegiant travel voucher which can be used online towards your next reservation.
