Our fascination with what makes a good sandwich led us on a journey to Europe, where we learned about continent's sandwich culture. We take pride in crafting everything from scratch, from our Kamut bread made with organic flours to our brined, cured meats and fish, and an assortment of pickles and quality mayo that are all prepared in-house.
