A Zumo is a GPS unit, or global positioning system, manufactured by Garmin. This GPS unit is designed to help guide drivers to a specific destination by tracking the GPS's location through satellite technology and then providing the driver with directions based on that location. If the unit is not working correctly or is frozen, a soft reset is the first step to troubleshoot the problem.
