Ingredients for Chocolate Banana Cake Recipe:-

2 fully ripe bananas
180 g ¾ cup sugar
For batter-
½ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp vinegar
1½ cups all purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup water
¼ cup chopped walnuts
3 tbsp chocolate chip

Method to make Chocolate Banana Cake Recipe:-
1. To make Chocolate Banana Cake, we have to take 2 bananas and 3/4 cup sugar and put both in a mixie jar.
2. Now prepare smooth puree from banana and sugar without adding water.
3. Now we have to take a big bowl and pour the banana sugar puree into the bowl.
4. Now add 1/2 cup oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tsp vinegar to this bowl and mix.
5. Now they have to keep stirring slowly and see that everything is mixed well.
6. Now place a sieve over the bowl and add 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
7. Now all these things have to be sieved in a bowl.
8. Now it has to be mixed well by doing cut and fold method.
9. Now add 1/2 cup of water to it and mix it well and while making batter make sure that there should not be any kind of lumps.
10. Similarly, you have to prepare a thick batter.
11. When the batter is ready, put 1/2 cup chopped walnuts in it and mix it slowly while stirring.
12. Now take the cake mold and grease the mold with ghee or oil from the inside. After greasing the mold, butter paper has to be applied at the bottom so that the cake batter does not stick to the bottom.
13. Now pour the prepared cake batter into the cake mold and spread it.
14. Now pour 3 tbsp chocolate chips on top of the cake batter.
15. Now to bake the cake, the oven has to be preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. Now place the cake pan on the cake tray and bake at 356 degree Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
16. Now the cake has to be checked once or twice in the middle. So that you can know how much the cake is baked.
17. If you want to check whether the cake is cooked or not. So for that you have to take a toothpick and prick it in the cake.
18. If the batter is sticking to the toothpick then more cooking is required. If your toothpick comes out clean. So your cake is cooked and ready.
19. Now you have to cool the cake completely and after cooling, take it out in a plate or tray.
20. Now with the help of a knife cut the cake into thick slices.
