SportzGurukul is my teaching portal which is driven by a passion to help athletes, trainers and parents learn about sports injuries prevention and its management. The mission is to help every sports person, adult or child, elite, professional or the amateur fitness enthusiast, to pursue his sport safely, support and promote sports at the recreational, grassroots and professional levels, and educate, encourage and assist sports enthusiasts in their efforts to contribute to a healthy nation and society.
